    Bio

    Ryan Kerstein is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, Associate Medical Director for Research and Innovation at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, and Founding Director of the Royal College of Surgeons of England Innovation Hub. He is Editor-in-Chief of the RCS Bulletin and co-leads the Innovation module of Oxford University's Surgical Sciences MSc. He co-developed a medical device used in more than 75 million procedures worldwide, and writes and speaks on Healthcare 4.0 and NHS adoption.
